The initial deposit is non-refundable. Cancel within 15 days of the retreat taking place no additional costs will be billed to your Credit Card. Beyond the 15 days there is a no refund policy for cancellation as room, food, and all accommodations will have already been booked and finalized. Final payment will be charged to your card 14 days prior to the retreats first day.
